It has a full open back with adjustable strings around the neck (halter) and around the bust (so yes, it fits all cup sizes).

There is a double 'belt' on the upper hip for holding. So very comfortable! 

On the left bottom corner there is a beautiful paisley block print, hand made from wheat dye.
