Exchange and Returns Policy

All returns must be returned to the address below:

We at Etnix would like you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please let us know. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item we will gladly replace it.

ONLINE RETURNS

Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size or colour if they are available. If a model, size or colour is unavailable a gift-card or a full refund will be issued in its’ stead.

We offer an exchange, or gift-card, on all garments returned within 28 days.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement, a refund will be issued.

A refund will be issued for online purchases only, if they are returned in the condition in which they were received within 14 days for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders.

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of being received. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, as well as Christmas and New Year’s, processing may take longer.

To return an item, please enclose the order reference number or invoice within the parcel being returned.

We recommend that you return your item(s) back to us by using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service. Etnix is not responsible for any items not received or lost.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.

All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

In the unlikely event, you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you in order to arrange this. We cannot, however, be responsible for, or comment on any such case until the item has been returned, assessed by our Team and confirmed as faulty.

  • Gift Vouchers – Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. All vouchers purchased on our website can also be used in store at our Byron Shop.

* Items purchased with a Gift Card online can be returned to our store in Byron Bay and a full refund will be issued back to your Gift Card so you can use it again whenever you wish. Usually we give 1 year but an extension can be arranged.

ONLINE RETURNS TO STORE

Items purchased online can be exchanged for items of the same value or above in our Etnix Byron Bay store providing it is accompanied by the original Invoice and within 28 days.

STORE RETURNS

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Where possible we will exchange or issue a credit note, for use within 6 months; for any items not used (including sale items) within 28 days of their purchase. We are unable to issue a refund where an item is unwanted. or you have changed your mind.

If any item purchased is not of a satisfactory quality, please return the item with the receipt where possible to our Etnix Byron Bay store, and a refund will be issued if appropriate.

SHIPPING

All orders placed on our website are sent from our shop in Byron Bay, Nsw. We offer Free Shipping for all Australian orders over $150.

Postage costs of international orders will be calculated at checkout and are sent using Australia Post Pack and Track service and are fully traceable.

A tracking number will be sent to you when you place your order.

All orders placed before 1pm Sydney time are dispatched by the following two business days.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email. 

Please note, our shop is based in Byron Bay and therefore considered a regional location which can impact delivery timeframes. While we endeavour to send your order as fast as possible during very busy periods like Christmas , there may be very short delays with order processing and dispatch.

Australian Orders:

Orders made with regular Australia Post normally arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

Orders made with Express Australia Post normally arrive within 1 to 4 business day.

International Orders:

Cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends of destination and weight of items ordered.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Customers in the USA: Online purchases that are mailed to the US from Australia are granted Duty Free entry if the value of your order is less than US$1600

Customers in the EU: Online purchases from a non – EU country like Australia may incur vat and import duties please check your country`s rules regarding this.

Customs and import taxes depend on where you are located on this beautiful planet, please check with your local authorities or email us if you have any questions as we are happy to help.

Etnix is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Etnix is not responsible for any import tax or duties should there be any. Each country has its own rules and regulations when it comes to imports.
